Umax Astra 4400, помогите запустить сканер с бэкэндом..

Здравствуйте!
Сегодня начал мучать свой сканер, сначала прочитал: http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/sane-devel/2006-April/016484.html и создал тему http://forum.runtu.org/index.php/topic,4158.0.html. В итоге дошел до того, что оказывается к моему сканеру уже есть бэкэнд на sane, вот совсем недавно еще ничего не было. Как видно тут сканер поддерживается хорошо: http://www.sane-project.org/cgi-bin/driver.pl?manu=umax&model=4400&bus=usb&v=1606&p=0070, более того, щелкнув на имя бэкэнда можно попасть на страничку релизов и снизу скачать уже пропатченный sane с бэкэндом внутри. Вот только у меня проблема его установить! Вывод команд:

Непонимаю почему, подскажите. Как будто я не патченный sane ставил. В Ридми ничего не написано кроме обычных команд сборки.
