Проблема: При загрузке системы компьютер уходит в сон. При нажатии на кнопку питания "просыпается" и загрузка продолжается. Такие выключения происходят каждые 15-30 секунд, пока система не загрузится полностью, не введешь пароль, и не загрузится рабочий стол (в моем случае xface). После загрузки, выключения заканчиваются и комп нормально работает. Но нормально работать он стал только после того, как удалось рывками между выключениями попасть в настройки xface и отключить реакцию на "критический уровень батареи".
Наблюдения:
1. В режиме консоли загружается и работает стабильно - без отключений.
2. Отключения начинаются после начала загрузки графической системы.
3. Железо живое т.к. под Win XP работает и загружается стабильно.
4. Когда сам через меню выключаешь комп, то выгрузив GUI он сразу улетает в сон, не выключается, а именно уходит в сон. Нажимаю "питание" он включатся и продолжает процедуру выключения.
Железо: старый ноутбук Samsung-X20. Аккумулятор "мертвый" совсем. Используется естественно, только от сети. Установлена Xubuntu (проблема проявляется на любой системе семейства Ubuntu, ставил 18.04). Новый аккумулятор покупать не вариант, стоит как сам бук.

Что пробовал:
1. Отключать в параметрах ядра APM через загрузчик (linux /boot/vmlinuz ....root=UUID.... ro quiet noapm и т.д.)
2. Так же в параметрахядра пробовал apci=off
3. xset -dpms
Чего прошу: Посоветуйте, что ещё попробовать, чтобы побороть эту проблему.
