2. Как пометить испорченные блоки???
Система: Ubuntu 7.10;
Винту и пол года нет: Samsung 320GB, Sata2, 7200, 16MB;
badblocks  выдает более 100 испорченных блоков;

Похоже, что СМАРТ то ли совсем отрублен, то ли smartctl до информации достучаться не может. Посмотри мануал/погугли может есть какая-нибудь специфическая информация по твоему винчестеру, как её читать. Кстати, вон в предупреждении ещё -F samsung2 упоминается.

Причём smartctl считает, что устройство такое знает:
