сделал так:

Используется загрузчик Grub2, открываем на редактирование файл
sudo gedit /etc/default/grub
и изменяем строку
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
на
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash ipv6.disable=1"
применяем изменения:
sudo update-grub
sudo reboot

wi fi нет
