Проблемы с htb.init

Вчера настроил все таки ограничение с помощью HTB.INIT все работало и ограничения отлично ставило.
Но сегодня начал сделал /etc/init.d/htb.init stop потом примерно через 3-4 часа запустил /etc/init.d/htb.init start и вот что мне выдает:

Кто нить знает что это за ошибка?

Но предупреждение опять же выскакивает.
