Отключение вафли, всех USB и Wake On LAN в BIOS не помогает.
Google выдал похожую тему на лоре, но так и не решённую (за 2009 год, 9.04).
ОС: Ubuntu 12.04 x64 + ядро 3.2.0-26.
pm-suspend с параметрами ведёт себя так же, то есть просыпается сразу же.
