Видео на Vaio

У меня vaio с NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GT

Пробовал ставить и драйвер от 8700M под linux и из репозитория, всё одно не пашет.
На сайте Nvidia в списке такои карти нет а авто определение выдаёт:

т.е. найти нормальный драйвер под linux не реально?

В списке поддерживаемых карт Ваша определенно присутствует.

P.S. Обратите внимание, это ссылка на версию дров под 64-хбитную Ubuntu, если у Вас 32-хбитная, то поищите там же соответствующий драйвер.

Спасибо, не замечал раньше этих списков.

Да карта есть и в 32 и 64, там у них один список на двоих.
Значит буду пробовать опять.
