Прошу помощи, по моей теме миллионы статей много ответов но не чего проблему мою не решило занимаюсь этим вопросом уже около недели купил несколько адаптеров,а теперь к делу:

Проблема следующая тормозит система, моргает курсор, судя по 23 fps это очевидно, как поправить?
Может стоит включить только дискретную видюху, ибо интегрированая мб не тянет?
