Проблема со звуком, Ubuntu 16.04

Доброго времени суток, дамы и господа!
Сам я Убунтовод(да и вообще Linuxоид) самый ни на что есть начинающий, прошу помощи.
Не могу добиться подачи звука на динамики и наушники.
Перепробовал буквально всё, конкретно моего случая так и не нашел.
Выяснил, что в моем компьютере, оказывается, 2 звуковые карты: встроенная
в материнку(Intel 5 Series/3400 Series High Definition Audio) и еще одна -
nVidia GF106 High Definition Audio Controller.

Установил PulseAudio Volume Control, покопался в нем(естественно, безрезультатно) и,
насколько понял, звук в системе есть.
Система опознает устройства и драйвера стоят, если я правильно понимаю.
На "мут" проверял, больше особо комманд не знаю.

П.С. Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
