Настройка Apache Tomcat/9.0.0.M9

Добрый вечер. Столкнулся с такой проблемкой. У меня не получается зайти на сервере в Apache Tomcat/9.0.0.M9 в меню "Manager App», т.е. пишет "403 Access Denied». Адрес сервера к примеру 192.168.1.4, а если в браузере пропишу 'localhost ' и дальше нажимаю "Manager App",то все окей.А вот если прописываю 192.168.1.4  и нажимаю "Manager App",то сразу ошибка.На сервере CentOS 7.Раньше с более старыми версиями CentOS и Apache Tomcat проходила на ура. Буду признателен за Ваши советы.
