dir-620 а как это сделать на Ubuntu

суть. залил когда-то не ту версию прошивки. потом наткнулся на статью на хабре. но там на винде реанимируют.
2 варианта.
1) putty, tftpd32.
2)Terminal v1.9b by Bray и WinAgents TFTP Server Manager

putty есть для линукс , не совсем понятно например /dev/ttyS0 вместо COM3 port на винде .
а как быть с остальными программами? или может есть другой способ оживить.

В линуксе можно пользоваться minicom в качестве терминала. tftp под линукс тоже есть. В чем проблема?

что я делаю не так ? dir-620 rev A1. файлик с прошивкой 20160415_1527_DIR_620AA1A_2.5.3_sdk-master.bin. переименовал 620.bin  как его туда залить.?
