Maven2 в .bashrc

Доброго времени суток,поставил maven синаптиком из стандартного репозитория,но не знаю как правильно путь прописать в .bashrc,подскажите пожалуйста как правильно его прописать,а то вылезает характерная ошибка:

Надо набирать команду mvn.
Лучше всего зайти на сайт www.apache.org и почить  о данной системе сборки проектов.
maven - это не make. У него нет сборки проект "по умолчанию".
