Squid и DG не запускаются

Пытаюсь запустить сервер с фильтрацией действую точно по инструкции вот что выдает сквид

может всё-таки покажете конфиг на который ругается? Да и на инструкцию интересно посмотреть хоть одним глазком.

По поводу корректности запуска кальмара от имени пользователя я не уверен

ACL 'manager' already exists with different typeправило с именем manager повторяется дважды. Проверь конфиг еще раз.
