Помогите определить, в чем проблема. HDD - ST250DM000, CPU-Core i3 3220. Система грузится больше двух минут.

Материнка какая? На ней UEFI? Если есть, ставили систему именно в режиме UEFI?

Product Name: P8H61-M LX3 R2.0UEFI на ней есть.
Систему ставили в режиме UEFI или нет - не помню ( можно как-нибудь это проверить?
здесь https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UEFI написано, что если Ubuntu единственная операционка на компе, то без разницы в UEFI(~EFI) или не в EFI ее ставить.

С утверждением по ссылке не соглашусь. Всё зависит от того, в как настроен UEFI - именно в режиме UEFI или эмуляции BIOS. Плюс, не факт, что Ubuntu в автоматическом режиме встанет именно как UEFI, лучше ставить вручную.

Посмотрите, ваши настройки UEFI на материнке, думаю, разберётесь.

Просто это всё к тому, что если стоит режим Legasy, то эмулируется BIOS, в результате нет не только увеличения скорости загрузки, которую мог бы дать UEFI, так ещё и за счёт эмуляции режимов система грузиться медленее, чем могла бы грузиться в старом обыкновенном BIOS-е
