Откуда берется время?!

Всем привет!Имеется VMware ESXi 6.5 с установленной на виртуальной машине Ubuntu 18.04. В локальной сети на RouterOS настроил NTP сервер. Настроил Ubuntu как NTP клиент. Привожу настройки /etc/ntp.conf

Время синхронизировалось, команда ntpq -p выводит:

Но потом надо было проверить другие рабочие моменты, я отключил службу ntp(также убрал с автозагрузки), вообще убрал из виртуальной машины сетевые карты ,изменил время на другое, а после перезагрузки время как то синхронизировалось заново..Как такое может происходить? UPD: Синхронизация времени между виртуальной машиной и хостом ESXi отключено.

Время передаётся при старте системы. ЕСТЕСТВЕННО.
