Подскажите, кто знает... NVIDIA

Есть мать на чипсете NVIDIA   Asus M2NPV-VM NVIDIAR GeForce 6150 + nForce 430.
На сайте разработчика есть драйвера  "под LINUX".
Есть для встроенной видеокарты, есть для "Chipset". 
Скачал, а как их установить если файлы вот такого формата:

1.Видеокарта

2. Chipset.

 В инструкции по инсталляции нет ни слова "про Ubuntu"  и единственное, что я понял (жирным шрифтом), что надо предварительно снести все драйвера...
