после этого, естественно, подключения не происходит. Вытаскиваю модем и засовываю обратно.

после этого wvdial работает как часы, равно как и gnome-ppp
помогите, пожалуйста составить скрипт подключения к интернету.
ps. меня смущает, что модем начинает работать только после "перезапихивания" модема. характерно также, что модем модели E160g, система видит как E220.
команда sudo modprobe vendor=0x12d1 product=0x1003 выдает ошибку.
