Помогите установить драйвер

http://www.ippon.ru/support/download.php Источник бесперебойного питания. Скачал драйвер, но установить не могу. Может он на ubuntu не подходит?

как не можите? как пробовали?
            If you want to  auto start winpower agent when Linux system start, copy S99winpower file in the /Linux directory of your Winpower CD to /etc/rc.d/rc3.d and /etc/rc.d/rc5.d directory of your system,and make sure this file has execute permission.

Делал вначале так
 1.  ./setup_console.bin(console mode) to start the installation. Полезло столько сообщений о нехватке файлов *.so Похоже что надо java ставить или ещё чего то....
Вобщем я так и не понял. Сообщения на данный момент выложить не могу - на работе та машина.
