Для начала зайдите в "Параметры системы", там в "Язык системы", автоматически запуститься доустановка локализации. Потом установите проприетарные дополнения (кодеки и т.д) sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras ubuntu-restricted-addons flashplugin-installer. Потом по пунктам:
1) не видят- одна проблема, не слышат- другая- проверьте после установки указанного выше.
2) это сами ищите, на вкус и цвет... все должно быть локализовано.
3) в настройках клавиатуры, там где раскладку добавляли справа есть кнопка параметры, вот в ней указываются сочетания.
