Не понял откуда взялся

Пошел искать в /etc/apt/sources.list

Там и в помине нету ссылки на

http://download.opensuse.org

Так откуда apt берет список?

Возможно ваш сервер берет список из локалки хостера, почти все компании предоставляющие дедики имеют свой внутренний сервер с пакетами для установки/обновлений, быстрее качать.

Опа, точно. Там файлик

owncloud.list

Теперь все понятно. owncloud держит свои файлы для Ubuntu на сервере
