Открылось окно Language support вверху справа. Выбрал русский. Перегружать ноут?

нужно не просто выбрать, а ещё и перетащить его мышкой, чтоб он был вверху, а потом закрыть окно и или перезагузить ноут, или перелогиниться

Интерфейс и текстовый редактор все равно пока на английском остался. Пробую еще раз сделать. Красный кружок справа вверху с восклицательным знаком исчез.
