Проблема со звуковой карточкой =(

Народ! Помогите решить проблему со звуковухой Intel.
Система ubuntu 6.10 (Edgy) на laptop lg-ls70, поднялось все кроме звука =(
звук включен в микшере
перепробовал и дрова для alsa новые и настройки разные менсть и тд, вобщем 2 днс гуглил, не помогло =(
в /var/log/messages падает мессага:

Народ! Помогите решить проблему со звуковухой Intel.
Называется она Intel HDA, и поддержка для стого устройства есть. Полнас. На главном компе и ноутбуке у меня такас же интегрированная карта. Наслаждаюсь чистым звуком из всех шести каналов :)

с так понимаю acpi рубит звук, как это победить?
Встречный вопрос: с чего ты это взсл!? Прерывание звуковой карте таки выделсется строчкой ниже.

Столько всего написал, а главное не выложил: dmesg наше всё. Выкладывай сюда результат

Из идей:
1. Всё-таки посмотри сто: http://mydebianblog.blogspot.com/2006/07/blog-post.html вдруг что пропустил.
2. Попробуй поставить из репозиториев более СТНРОЕ ядро. Например, 2.6.15  Иногда в новых ядрах ломают поддержку чего-нибудь.
3. Если не помог п.2, раздобудь самое свежее ядро 2.6.20 и установи через адепт/синаптик.

О результатах отписываться сюда вместе с логами и подробным описанием собственных десний.

1. Линку смотрел еще до того как сюда написал =) Не помогло
2-3. буду пробовать

Ядро 2.6.20 не стало
При попытке загрузить новое ядро, не может подмаунтить root filesystem...
Делал как указано здесь http://linux.xlibs.net/2006/11/20/howto-compile-a-kernel-the-ubuntu-way/

Вобщем проблема со звуковухой остается
Какие еще будут предложенис?

Поставил новое ядро 2.6.20, загрузился с ним, все равно звука нет =(
