Слетает файловая система.

Бывает иногда во время работы (примерно раз в три-четыре дня) перестают запускаться приложения. Те. я сижу в интернете, закрыл браузер и он по-новой уже не открывается. Запускаю системный монитор, он тоже не открывается. И так со всеми программами. При перезагрузке выясняется что испортилась файловая система. После проверки fsck все опять работает.
