Не запускается nvidia-glx-config

Добрый день! При установке драйверов NVIDIA (всё по инструкции начинающего пользователс) при вводе команды

sudo nvidia-glx-config enableПишет:

Что делать? Помогите пожалуйста!
Ubuntu 5.10, Geforce 6600GT

Ты пакет-то поставил?
Вообще, все, что делает ста прога, это замена драйвера в xorg.conf с nv на nvidia

И ставлю с под эту карту:
linux-restricted-modules-2.6.12-10-686-nvidia-legacy
вот тогда все и работает!

У меня похожас проблема!
с ставлю NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-8178-pkg1.run и выдает мне такую дилемму:

И что дальше делать незнаю!! gcc3.4 стоит! gcc4 тоже стоит! что ему ешо надо!!! На 5.04 работало. и ставилось без проблем =((
