Я радиолюбитель и может вопрос не в том топике ну кто нить не подскажет софт для kubuntu с работй со схемами и прочей паяльной системой буду признателен за помощь и понимание.

да не стоит привязываться к Qt в kubuntu нормально будет работать cофт и на gtk+ так что просто ищите софт нужный вам под Linux и не заморачивайте себе голову. Говорю как бывший пользователь KDE
