Зависание системы сразу после загрузки

Здравствуйте! Зависает ubuntu server 12 сразу после загрузки? В чем может быть причина и как ее решить? Спасибо!

может установочный диск из привода надо вынуть?

usb-привод  присоединил. Встроенного нет. Пробую что-то сделать с live cd.  Может он как -то влияет на содержимое лога?

Да даже то, что сейчас делает не говорит и приходится догадываться.

на livecd работает нормально. Поставил Memtest86+ на ночь - ни единой ошибки.

Есть сервер HP. На нем установлено Ubuntu 12.04 + DB2 + 1C 8.3. Операционная система полностью загружается потом через 10-20 секунд намертво виснет. Пробовал командой top найти процессы, что грузят систему. Таких не увидел. Memtest86+ - ни единой ошибки. Дисковые накопители достаточно новые. Может свап попробовать очистить?

на состояние дисков через iLo смотрели? (правда обычно бедовые диски контроллер красным светиком отмечает)

Да, конечно. А ещё монитор протрите.

sudo chmod 0600 /etc/passwdребут, однин строк ошибок нет, а осталось строки ошибки.
