Lubava,
RT3290 - проблемный чип в линуксе. Особенно с блутусом. Он не поддерживается "из коробки".

Вот англоязычная ссылка, где более-менее удалось завести из исходников.

Простого решения нет.

У меня RT3290 после установки драйвера отсюда, вроде заработал.
ПС ядро 3.16, блютуз после сна или ждущего режима отваливается, снова заводится только после вкл - выкл

Все еще от версии ядра зависит. Под одни собирается, под другие - нет.
