Хотя у того человека, кто мне дал этот файл, все работает, ТВ стримится.
В чем может быть дело?
Он проверил, в VLC 2.1.5 , VLC 2.2.1 , VLC 3.0.0 все ссылки играют, а на VLC 2.0.8 уже не потоки запустились.
И да, у него windows

Проверил у себя на Ubuntu(vlc 2.1.6) - не работает, сам много смотрю, если vlc и firefox не могут открыть, то в печь.

За новости спасибо, идут прекрасно, беда только в том, что у меня с финским получше чем с английским)) а в том плейлисте как раз финские каналы) хочется все-таки понять, почему у меня не идет, хотя в другом месте все показывает?
Может кто-нибудь все-таки может помочь понять, что тут не так?

Вы пишите, что у Вашего приятеля всё корректно работает, а у Вас нет.
А Вы подключены к тому же провайдеру, что и Ваш приятель?
И что это за ссылки? Если IPTV раздаёт провайдер, то из другой сети Вы смотреть не сможете.

Haron Prime, это еще больше подстегивает мой интерес)
а какая весрия vlc у вас? вы же через vlc запускали? Можете после запуска посмотреть в Сообщениях (Инструменты-Сообщения) - есть какой-то лог? (предварительно выставив там детализацию = 2)

Судя по всему, какая-то проблема с расширениями к vlc. Где-то тут начинаются различия:

Справа видно, что пошло воспроизведение с помощью AStream-метода. Преполагаю, что мой vlc не знает этот метод. Попытался поставить AStream-плеер, но на 15.10 он ни в какую не заводится:

Ни в vlc, ни в acestream не воспроизводится?
А можете тоже лог vlc показать?
