Не работает обновление пакетов

Ubuntu-server 14.04(no GUI) на Hyper-V 2008.
Прописан static-ip-addr.
При выполнении команды

Сначала думал, что виноват офисный прокси, но нет, для данного ip все ограничения сняты.

Проблема в том, что указывая статик айпи, я не указал dns
сделал:

Тоже ни о чем не говорит?

Добавьте  в конец /etc/network/interfaces строку dns-nameservers 8.8.8.8

Подскажите, у меня в настройках прописаны и DNS, и все что нужно, интернет работает, а при обновлении пакетов система говорит: Проверь связь с интернетом! в чем может быть косяк? (не учитывая кривость моих рук )
