Как сделать что бы этот режим был доступен ? Сейчас вручную устанавливаю частоту.  В винде если ни чего не запускать у меня даже кулер останавливается. Работаешь в тишине. Железо не насилуется. Запускаешь игру - разгонит частоту и куллер. В убунте такого ни как не могу добиться. Даже если поставить на всех ядрах 900 МГц - все равно шумит.

LesteR, intel coreiX сделает все сам. Не ставь частоты вручную. На этих процах нет ondemand. Powersave- это автоматическая регулировка частот + автоматически отключаются ядра. Performance－ говорит сам за себя.
Термопасту смени）Почисть. И что у тебя за видеодрайверы？

У меня новый ноут там нечего чистить. Тем более как я уже сказал под виндой все прекрасно.

Как бы надо в Настройках ставить проприетарный драйвер Nvidia.
По умолчанию после установки системы используется свободный драйвер.
