Не устанавливается кошелек Electrum

Как не бился ничего не выходит подсобите
вот выхлоп:

Каталог /home/seregka/.cache/pip/http или его родительский каталог не принадлежит текущему пользователю, и кеш отключен. Проверьте разрешения и владельца этого каталога. Если вы выполняете команду с помощью sudo, вы можете использовать флаг sudo -H.

Сейчас попробовал на компе на работе встал без проблем с такой же надписью, я думаю у меня беда pip qt как и их удалить, очистить кэш и поставить заново?

Seregka74, для установки в каталоге Electrum-2.9.0 запустить

python setup.py install
