а чем отличается первый вывод от второго?
Мне нужно понять какие файловые системы поддерживает.

Ещё раз - тип файловой системы никакого отношения не имеет к типу раздела.Зачастую, программы монтирования на тип раздела вообще не смотрят, он нужен только BIOS и системным загрузчикам для правильной загрузки OS.А то, что индексы типов для GPT и MSDOS не совпадают, ну… собственно, а почему они должны совпадать вообще?
