Добрый день!

Возникла проблема. Есть железяка (материнка, в которую вставляется кастомная плата с интерфейсом PCI-E x1, на которой стоит чип PEX8112 (PCI-E to PCI bridge). Плата собирает данные с 32 портов другой железки (эта железка не на linux).

Исходников нет. Система Ubuntu 16.04.6 server с кастомными программами заливается с помощью Clonezillaна жесткий диск. На материнке ASRock Q1900B-ITX все работает нормально. На этой материнке слот PCI-E x1.
При переходе на плату ASRock J3455B-ITX (нп материнке слот PCI-E x16) обнаружилась проблема.
Данные, которые собираются кастомной платой (с интерфейсом PCI-E x1, вставленной в слот PCI-E x16), частично пропадают. А именно - данные, собираемые с портов с 0 по 6 и с 24 по 31, нормально сохраняются кастомным ПО на жесткий диск. А данные с портов с 7 по 23 пропадают. Файлы программой сохраняются, правильного размера, но данных внутри файлов нет.
У меня подозрение, что проблема в PCI-E x16. Возможно можно изменить какие-то настройки, чтобы система (вся железка) заработала нормально.
Пробовал жесткий диск с образом поставить на довольно старую материнскую плату HP, кастомную плату воткнуть в слот PCI-E x16, на этой плате все работает. Возможно на старой материнке старый стандарт PCI-E x16, поэтому на нем работает.

Высылаю листинг команды lspci, полученной с обеих плат.
Может кто-нибудь сможет подсказать, что можно сделать.
