Микрофризы Ubuntu 20 04

При работе периодически появляются микрофрищы системы на 0.25-1 секунду.

Ubuntu 20.04 с поставленным гномом
Видеокарта Nvidia 1660Ti

Пробовал ставить свапинес в 0 по опыту со стаковерфлоу- не помогло
Пробовал ставить разные вариации kernel 5.4.* и 5.3.* - не помогло
Думал что проблема с внешним 4к монитором, отрубал монитор - не помогло
Что интересно, запускал бенчмарки Deus Ex Mankind Divided на ультрах - фризов вообще нету. Тоесть фризы происходят только во время взаимодействия с гномом.
В чем может быть проблема?

Да, проприетарный драйвер Nvidia 435
Еще, пробовал отрубать все гном экстеншены - ошибка актуальна.

А что 435, а не 440? У меня вообще сомения, что 435 заведется на ядре 5.3. Дайте вывод
