Не становится сканер Genius ColorPage-Vivid 1200x

Помогите настроить сканер.У меня стоит ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron сканер Genius ColorPage-Vivid 1200x.При включении сканера выскакивает ошибка «Невозможно открыть устройство gt68xx:libusb:002:003 ;неверный аргумент» Если можно только попроще,а то я не большой знаток линукса.

Ну поможет мне кто нибудь хоть раз в этом форуме.Сканер вроде определяется но что далее ставить нужно не знаю.

Вопрос задан давно, может быть автор решил уже эту проблему, но на всякий случай напишу.

а если двумя словами из архива с Windowsкими дровами забираеш файлик ccd569.fw и копируеш в
 /usr/share/sane/gt68xx/
Если есть установленная Windows файлик лежит /Program Files/ScannerU
Все. )
