Просто огромная просьба с МФУ HP LaserJet M1522nf MFP

Не пашет сканер
Пробовал версию hplip 2.8.9 и менять значение scan-type на 5 вместо -1 ........
в общем ничего не помагает ....
огромная просьба, кто знает опишите как оживить сканер на этом устройстве?

девайс пашет на Ubuntu 8.04 i386 ноут MSI Megabook S262 через USB

У этих МФУ есть ещё и сетевая...по пробуй через неё подключиться....(А то после HP принтеров USB как то не внушает доверия...хотя .....(имхо)

Попбробовал через сетку... и ничего...
Через команду hp-scan выдает на экран:

Кто-нибудь отзовитесь... Может кто запускал этот девайс на 8.10 В нете на англо-ресурсах нашел инфу, что в hplip 2.8.6 и выше проблема со сканером решена... но мне не помогло!

У самого такая же проблема, Вычитал здесь -https://bugs.launchpad.net/hplip/+bug/243940 что hplip 2.8.9 не поддерживает функцию сканера в hp M1522nf. Но по заверению разработчиков в новом релизе это будет исправлено.
